Delete Account

You can delete your Parki account and the data linked to it at any time.

Delete in the app

1. Open Parki and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account and privacy → Account deletion.
3. Confirm your identity with the code sent to your e-mail and confirm the request.

If you cannot use the app

Send a message with the subject "Account deletion" from the e-mail address your account is registered with to the address below. After confirming the address is yours, we complete the request within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in identity, e-mail address and display name.
• Your reports, notes, parking records, saved places, followed areas, points and invite information.
• Your profile details (district, "about" text, privacy choices), support messages and notifications inbox.
• Your photos, profile photo and your phone's notification address.

Timing and what is kept

Your sign-in identity is usually removed within 15 minutes and other data within 7 days at most; backups drop it automatically within 30 days at most. Anonymised statistics and records we are legally required to keep may be retained only for the period the law requires. If you have a store (Google Play / App Store) subscription, you must cancel it in the store separately.
