Terms of Use

By using Parki you accept these terms.

1. The service

Parki shows parking observations shared by users on a map. Parking information is based on user reports, changes over time and is not a guarantee of a free space. Check the spot and the parking rules yourself when you arrive.

2. Safe use

Do not operate the app by hand while driving. Report and take photos only when you have stopped safely or as a passenger. Following traffic rules and parking restrictions is your responsibility; a place shown in the app does not mean parking there is permitted.

3. Your account

Only you may use your account and you must keep your sign-in details safe. Parki is for users aged 13 or over; if you are under 18, use it with your parent's or guardian's permission.

4. Content you share

• Report only what you saw yourself, truthfully and at that time.
• Make sure photos show no recognisable face or readable licence plate; do not share other people's personal data, insults, advertising or unlawful content.
• You allow the reports and photos you share to be shown to other users in Parki. The content remains yours; you can remove it by deleting your account.

5. Points

Points and levels show contribution; they are not money, vouchers or discounts and cannot be transferred. Points for false or abusive reports may be taken back; rules may change.

6. Prohibited use

False reports, multiple accounts to collect points, automated data extraction, harming the service and harassing others are prohibited. In such cases we may remove content, take back points or close the account.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for wrong or outdated parking information, parking fines, towing or similar consequences. We aim for an uninterrupted service but do not guarantee it.

8. Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time. If we update these terms we publish them here with a new date; continuing to use the app means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Statutory consumer rights are reserved.
